How sweet is this face? I love this.
I think it turned out perfectly as well. I used my pennant die cut from My Favorite Things as well as the scallop border and the postage stamp frame.
I used my SIL program to print and cut out my star fish and sentiment.
I colored him in with markers then sprayed with shimmer mist.
